Discovery & Consulting
Discovery sessions and project feasibility
A fixed-scope engagement that turns an idea into a costed, de-risked plan: what to build, what it will cost, how long it will take and whether it should be built at all. You leave with the documents whether or not you continue with us.
What you get out of it
- A clear decision on whether to build, buy or stop
- A costed scope with the assumptions written down
- Technical risks identified before budget is committed

Questions
Discovery & Consulting FAQs
What happens if discovery concludes we should not build it?
That is a valid and common outcome, and it is far cheaper to reach it during discovery than six months into a build. You keep every document produced. We have recommended off-the-shelf products over our own build work more than once.
Do we have to continue with Techoptionz after discovery?
No. Discovery is a standalone fixed-scope engagement and the outputs are yours to take to any development team, including your own.
Have a project worth scoping properly?
Tell us what you are trying to build. If it is a fit we will say so, and if it is not we will tell you that too.
