How we work

Discovery first. Always.

Most failed software projects were mis-scoped, not mis-built. We spend real effort up front deciding what to build — and occasionally deciding that you should not build it at all.

Discovery

We map the process, the systems and the constraints, then write down what success actually looks like in measurable terms.

Feasibility

A costed scope with assumptions and risks made explicit — including an honest build-versus-buy recommendation.

Incremental delivery

Modules go live one at a time. Each earns its keep in production before the next begins, which keeps risk and spend bounded.

Long-term support

The part most agencies skip. Incident response, enhancements and upgrades on a predictable release cycle, for as long as you need it.

It was incorporated in 2021 under the Companies Act, 2017 and is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (CUIN 0170548) and with the Pakistan Software Export Board as an IT and IT-enabled services exporter. It builds custom ERP systems, business software and AI workflows.
Where is Techoptionz located?
Techoptionz is based in Islamabad, Pakistan, and delivers work remotely for clients in the United States, Australia and other markets.
What does Techoptionz build?
Custom ERP systems, business software such as CRMs and internal platforms, AI features and workflow automation, and websites and web applications. Its longest-running project is a custom ERP for US autobody parts distribution that has been in production since 2020.
Does Techoptionz work with clients outside Pakistan?
Yes. Techoptionz is registered with the Pakistan Software Export Board as an IT and IT-enabled services exporter, and its production work includes systems running for clients in the United States and Australia.
How does an engagement with Techoptionz start?
With a discovery conversation, at no cost, to establish what you are trying to achieve and whether we are the right fit. Larger or less-defined projects then move into a paid, fixed-scope discovery engagement that produces a costed plan you keep regardless of whether you continue with us.
Can Techoptionz take over software built by another team?
Yes. Inherited systems start with a paid audit of the codebase, data model and infrastructure, which establishes whether the system should be extended, refactored or replaced in stages before any commitment is made.

Have a project worth scoping properly?

Tell us what you are trying to build. If it is a fit we will say so, and if it is not we will tell you that too.
